What I Loved Most:
Alyssa Jarett’s humor is so witty! Especially in relation to being a millennial. I feel like I’m in on an inside joke when it comes to some of the references, but I know they are broader than I realize. It still makes me feel smart, so thank you!
Hammy! I love that Tania’s anxiety is a hamster, with a name. It really added to the mental health element of this story. Who hasn’t argued with the anxious hamster spinning inside their head?! Anxiety rep perfection.
The story was paced with clips of blog posts, reddit feed, texts with therapist, work chat, search history… and it was a fun way to get more information and stay true to the techie connection to the story (even when the FMC is pooping in the woods).
